When you fill in our quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, postcode, the type of clean you're asking about, and anything else you choose to tell us (such as an email address or a message). If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead, we only see what's needed to reply to you there.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, and arrange a clean if you go ahead. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing purposes.
Our quote form is processed by a third-party form service, Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to our email inbox. We don't ask you to create an account or store a customer database beyond what's needed to manage your bookings.
